Nika Nika - Bent El Riah Passito 2011 (500ml)

Nika is made from Zibibbo grapes grown on the UNESCO heritage vine of Pantelleria Island. Here the blend of the volcanic soil and the sea air lends itself to the complex bouquet and minerality of the grapes, characteristics enhanced by a gentle dry process under the Mediterranean sun.

The color is golden yellow tending to amber and the flavor is intense, with extensive notes of dates, raisins and acacia honey. The palate is sweet, soft and persistent.
