|The following are the most frequently asked questions Cheers Wine & Spirits has heard from its users. If you have a question or would like to tell us about a great bottle of wine, please Contact Cheers Wine & Spirits, we're interested in hearing from you.|
|Q. What is your in-store ID policy?|
|A. If you appear to be 30 years of age or younger, we will ask for your ID. For groups of 2 or more people, where anyone appears to be 30 years of age or younger, we will ask for everyone’s ID. Judging age is subjective, and we reserve the right to ask for ID from any shopper. If anyone in the group does not have a proper and valid ID, we will not sell alcoholic beverages to anyone in the group.
A valid ID is a driver’s license or identification card from any US State or territory, a Canadian driver’s license, an official Passport from any nation recognized by the US, a US Passport Card, a US military ID, or a US Green Card. This ID must have your photo and must be current; an expired ID is not a valid ID for the purpose of purchasing alcohol. Other government-issued ID’s will be accepted at the management’s discretion, so long as they include your photo and complete birth date. We reserve the right to ask for a second form of ID.
Fake ID’s will be confiscated and the police will be called.
|Q. Do you offer delivery?|
|A. We offer delivery within 5 miles of our store. Complimentary delivery is available for purchases of $250.00 or more. Below $250.00, there will be a $25.00 convenience fee added to your order. The person placing the order must be of legal age, and the person accepting delivery must also be of legal age with a valid ID. We cannot complete the delivery otherwise. The buyer takes possession of the delivered items in our store at the time the transaction is completed. The delivery driver will not be able to process any transaction.
Please check back regularly as we will continuously improve this service.
|Q. What is your return policy?|
|A. We will accept returns of wine or spirits within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt. Returned items must be in sellable condition; that means labels, seals, and any other packaging must be in their original state.
Wine that is “corked” or otherwise not suitable for consumption may also be returned within the same 30 day window. Please ensure that the majority of the wine remains in the bottle.
Beer and other malt beverages are not returnable.
|Q. Do you ship wine, beer or spirits?|
|A. At present, we do not offer shipping via common carrier. Please check back as this feature may change.|
|Q. I don't see the product I want on your website.|
|A. For a variety of reasons, not every product that's available for purchase in our store can be found on our website. Please call or email us for additional product information. And if we don't carry the product that you want, we're happy to see if we can get it via Special Order.|
